I was very excited to purchase this patch, I love the design. However, it wouldn’t adhere to my jacket at all and the backing melted off onto my jacket leaving a stain (the entire outline even stayed on my ironing surface). I contacted customer service and they said that there was a cover that needed to be removed before ironing. They also sent me a new patch (I really appreciate that btw, thank you!) When I received the new patch it did have a removable/protective covering, BUT there had definitely not been anything like that on the first one. (Things which much more smoothly with the amazing Gatorzilla shirt I ordered for my mom.)
