RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We are happy to provide exchanges & returns for all items purchased if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed & in their original condition
- Leather goods should have no scuff marks, scratches, or signs of wear
- Grooming goods must be completely untouched & unused
- Original receipts would need to be included
- All exchanges & returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
- In-store purchases must be returned to the store they were purchased from. Online returns must be made online unless otherwise arranged beforehand
- Sale item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable, either in our retail stores or via our online store
If the conditions above are not met, we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund, regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.

1. Validity for Exchanges & Returns
All exchanges & returns would need to be raised within 30 days of the invoice date for online orders & 30 days for in-store purchases. All requests for returns purchased online, would need to be strictly made by email, not in our physical retail locations.
2. Exchanges At Our Stores
- You will need to bring along your original receipt together with the item(s) in their original condition & packaging.
- You will be entitled to an exchange or refund of any item(s) in the stores immediately after evaluation by our retail associates.
- If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to pay the difference.
- No other forms of exchanges (such as store cash vouchers or online store credit) will be given at our stores.
3. Exchanges & Return Online
- You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in their original condition & packaging.
- Kindly print & fill out the Exchange/Return Request Form here & follow the steps indicated in the form for your return or exchange.
- Mail us your order via a traceable mode of postage.
- Wait for our email confirmation & you will be notified once your return is received and/or refunded. Generally, the processing period is 5 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
- All requests for returns will be refunded via the payment method originally used.
- No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned & onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
- If any of the products received are deemed defective or a wrong shipment, FreehandGoods.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability & while we will try to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, providing online store credits or any other methods, at the discretion of FreehandGoods.com.
- No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs & excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

4. Other Terms & Conditions
- All items that are returned & exchanged, can only be made once.
- We reserve the right & full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
- Our returns & exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear & tear of a product.
- Freehand Goods makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description & fitness for a particular purpose.
- All decisions made by Freehand Goods are final.
